Last updated: May 8, 2026
1. Agreement
This End-user License Agreement governs access to and use of QuickBook App, a Laravel-based application for connecting to QuickBooks Online and syncing accounting data.
2. License Grant
Subject to this agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use QuickBook App for your internal business purposes.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. QuickBooks Connection
When you connect QuickBooks Online, you authorize QuickBook App to access permitted accounting data through Intuit OAuth and QuickBooks APIs. You may disconnect access from the application at any time.
5. Restrictions
You may not misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, copy or modify the application outside permitted use, or use the application for unlawful purposes.
6. Third-party Services
QuickBooks Online and Intuit services are third-party services. Their availability, terms, and API behavior are controlled by Intuit and may change independently from QuickBook App.
7. Data Accuracy
Synced accounting records are provided for operational review. You should verify financial records in QuickBooks Online before making accounting, tax, or business decisions.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if this agreement is violated, if required by law, or if continued access creates operational or security risk.
9. Disclaimer
QuickBook App is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed.
10. Contact
For questions about this agreement, contact the application owner or administrator responsible for your QuickBook App deployment.
